Ligue de Football Professionnel Releases Calendar for Upcoming Campaign
The Ligue 1 season for 2023-2024 will officially begin on the weekend of August 12-13, 2023. The season will end on May 18, 2024, after a total of 34 matchdays.
The Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is set to begin its season with a match against TBD on Matchday 1. The team will then face a tough stretch of four high-profile matches between August 27 and September 24, 2023, before opening their UEFA Champions League group stage campaign.
PSG will enter the season with a new manager in former Spain and Barcelona boss Luis Enrique. The club has also made several key signings during the summer transfer window, including Gianluigi Donnarumma from AC Milan and Sergio Ramos from Real Madrid.
